About
Shareholder surveillance for a publicly traded company (or an advisory firm serving several): the weekly DTC Security Position Report, Broadridge's NOBO list and the transfer agent's register uploaded, tied to their own totals and reconciled with the share count; holders matched across lists; SEC EDGAR filings and ownership forms (13F, 13D/13G, Forms 3/4/5, 144), FINRA short interest and daily short volume, the SEC's fails-to-deliver and the Reg SHO threshold lists fetched under a declared policy; every series charted against the price with the company's events; nineteen rules that raise signals with their evidence and whether that evidence is established, contested or lore, for a person to judge. Nothing leaves the business. The Expert works the command bar; the Surveillance Analyst writes the market-day morning note and drafts the weekly pack.
This is an application of the MaluDB Business OS. It runs on your office's server, not on a desktop. People open it from the OS launcher after a super-admin grants them access; on an enrolled MaluOS Desktop it also appears in the MaluApps window as a launcher.
Install
On a MaluDB Business OS server
- Sign in to the OS as a super-admin and note the domain the kernel serves.
sudo git clone https://github.com/maludb/maludb-os-shareholder-intelligence /srv/apps/shareholder_intelligencephp /var/www/bin/app_install.php plan /srv/apps/shareholder_intelligence --by <super-admin email> --domain <domain>- Read the plan. It is read-only and lists the database, virtual host, services and agent the installer will create.
sudo php /var/www/bin/app_install.php apply /srv/apps/shareholder_intelligence --by <super-admin email> --domain <domain>- The application appears in the launcher for everyone who is granted access, and its expert agent is hired in Agent HR.
